A Konya classic: thin dough topped with spiced minced meat and peppers, baked in a stone oven.

  • 500 g kıyma (yağlı)
  • 1 adet kırmızı kapya biber
  • 1 adet yeşil sivri biber
  • 1 orta boy soğan
  • Tuz, karabiber, kırmızı toz biber
  • 4 su bardağı un (hamur için)
  • 1 çay kaşığı tuz
  • Ilık su

Mix minced meat with diced onion and peppers; add spices and rest.
Knead a soft dough with flour and salt; roll it very thin.
Spread the filling on the dough; bake in a very hot stone oven until edges are crisp.
Slice and serve hot.
