Ingredients
- 500 g kıyma (yağlı)
- 1 adet kırmızı kapya biber
- 1 adet yeşil sivri biber
- 1 orta boy soğan
- Tuz, karabiber, kırmızı toz biber
- 4 su bardağı un (hamur için)
- 1 çay kaşığı tuz
- Ilık su
Instructions
Mix minced meat with diced onion and peppers; add spices and rest.
Knead a soft dough with flour and salt; roll it very thin.
Spread the filling on the dough; bake in a very hot stone oven until edges are crisp.
Slice and serve hot.
